The system behind the portal creates a record of every support interaction within each customer’s account history, this record is visible to every employee within our organisation. This level of transparency ensures that information is delivered directly to our customer support teams and giving clients fast resolutions to issues.
Support queries can be raised for any area where you are experiencing difficulty, Mobile, Fixed Line or Systems, fault reporting, billing or technical support. Once a query has been logged it is directed to the appropriate team who will action at the earliest opportunity during normal working hours.
