Digital Pens
Help to eliminate duplicated effort that goes into computerising handwritten records and forms. The concept is extremely simple, you can continue to use handwritten or drawn records, plans, forms or notes and rather than taking office time typing or computerising the data it can be converted in to a digital data steam and sent directly to the PC. This not only saves time but helps to prevent errors caused by inaccurate copying and creates a data record that survives even if the original is lost or damaged.
People Locator
Either as part of a Lone Worker Protection solution or as a device to assist with the time scheduling of field based staff the People Locator system can help a business to fulfil its responsibilities to staff and customers. The People Locator is able to track staff members via their mobile handset and will return a location for them even when the mobile phone networks are overloaded as can happen during emergencies such as the London explosions in July 2005 or severe weather conditions. The People Locator also has facilities such as 'Find the Closest to...' feature which will identify your closest available member of staff to a job or customer allowing you to remotely assign task loads whist minimising communication costs and times.

Asset Tracker can be programmed to check the status of your equipment, monitor location against specifically 'geofenced' regions and alert you if the equipment is moved out of this area and can report error messages or faults such as service lights or battery low warnings. This not only protects your business against financial losses resulting from theft, insurance excesses or increased premiums or replacement and repair of misused equipment but also reduces the time spent maintaining and monitoring your asset estate.
