Faults can be logged Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00. Major faults will be addressed within 8 Hours and minor faults by the end of next working day.

Fault logging Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00. Major faults will be addressed within 4 Hours and minor faults by the end of next working day.

Monday to Friday.

Faults can be reported from 00:01 Monday to 23:59 Friday. Major faults will be addressed within 4 Hours and minor faults by the end of next working day.

Monday to Saturday.

Faults can be logged Monday to Saturday 08:00-18:00. Major faults will be addressed within 8 Hours and minor faults by the end of next working day.

Monday to Saturday Priority.

Fault reporting Monday to Saturday 08:00-18:00. Major faults will be addressed within 4 Hours and minor faults by the end of next working day.

Monday to Saturday Extended

Fault reporting 00:01 Monday to 23:59 Saturday. Major faults will be addressed within 4 Hours and minor faults by the end of next working day.

Anytime.

Fault reporting 24 x 7 (excluding Public Holidays). Major Faults will be addressed within 4 Hours and minor faults by the end of next working day.

Anytime Plus.

Fault reporting 24 x 7 (including Public Holidays). Major faults will be addressed within 4 Hours and minor faults by the end of next working day.
